I've seen this raw strength only once before. In Ben Solo. It didn't scare me enough then. It does now.

If you strip away the myth and look at their deeds, the legacy of the Jedi is failure, hypocrisy, hubris. At the height of their powers, they allowed Darth Sidious to rise, create the Empire, and wipe them out. It was a Jedi Master who was responsible for the training and creation of Darth Vader.

Twisted by the Dark Side, young Skywalker has become. The boy you trained, gone he is... consumed by Darth Vader.

Weapons do not win battles. Your mind, powerful it is.

To answer power with power, the Jedi way is not. In this war, a danger there is of losing who we are.

A Jedi must have the deepest commitment. The most serious mind.

A Jedi's strength flows from the Force. But beware of the dark side! Anger, fear, agression - the dark side of the Force are they. Easily they flow, quick to join you in a fight. If once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny. Consume you it will.

Only a fully trained Jedi knight, with the Force as his ally, will conquer Vader and his emperor. If you end your training now, if you choose the quick and easy path, as Vader did, you will become an agent of evil.

In the end, cowards are those who follow the dark side.

Good is a point of view, Anakin. The Sith and the Jedi are similar in almost every way.

The Jedi are trained to let go. They're trained from birth. They're not supposed to form attachments. They can love people – in fact, they should love everybody. Qui-Gon hasn't given up on the fact that Jedi are supposed to care and love and that that's not a bad thing. The rest of the Jedi are so detached and they've become so political that they've really lost their way and Yoda starts to see that in the second film.

In my experience, when it comes to Jedi, the worse the plan, the better the result.

For a Jedi to succumb to a surprise attack is rare. Unless that attack is from someone one would trust.

Anyone can fire a blaster. Very few can safely and skillfully wield a lightsaber. Everyone in the galaxy knows this to be true. We want our opponents to know that we use a weapon that requires intention. Training, precision and choice. The lightsaber symbolizes the care with which we approach our gifts through the Force and the care with which we wield them. It reminds others that while we could do more... we very purposefully do not.

Having a lightsaber isn't what makes you a Jedi. We were peace keepers. We were betrayed by those we protected. Hunted down by the Empire. I might be one of the last of my kind.

I am no Jedi, but I know the Force. It moves through and surrounds every living thing.

Without the Jedi, there can be no balance in the Force.

The lightsaber is a Jedi's only true ally. But how do they work? Yes, you have brought me crystals, but they're all useless unless you give them life. Do you know how to awaken the Force within the crystal?

Jedi are lapdogs of the Senate. Their bidding always comes first. It's evident throughout the galaxy. Jedi claim peace but mostly keep law and order for the rich and the powerful.

Have you ever been afraid of the dark? How does it feel when you turn on the light? Yes, the Force feels like that.

I always wanted to be a cowboy, and Jedi Knights are basically cowboys in space, right?

I find their tactics ineffective. The Jedi Code prevents them from going far enough to achieve victory, to do whatever it takes to win, the very reason why peacekeepers should not be leading a war.

The Jedi are extinct. Their fire has gone out of the universe. You, my friend, are all that's left of their religion.

Our worst fears have been realized. We must move quickly if the Jedi Order is to survive.

Once you have accepted your flaws, no one can use them against you.

I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.

Life does not have to be perfect to be wonderful.

You can never make the same mistake twice. Because the second time you make it, it's not a mistake, it's a choise.

Anyone who has never made a mistake, has never tried anything new.

It is only when you fall that you learn whether you can fly.
