The mourning is endless: my father, my mother, my friends, my city, my world. Every time I fail, I fail them. And no victory is great enough to bring them back.

I've seen this raw strength only once before. In Ben Solo. It didn't scare me enough then. It does now.

If you strip away the myth and look at their deeds, the legacy of the Jedi is failure, hypocrisy, hubris. At the height of their powers, they allowed Darth Sidious to rise, create the Empire, and wipe them out. It was a Jedi Master who was responsible for the training and creation of Darth Vader.

I'm taking Captain Solo and his friends. You can either profit by this or be destroyed. It's your choice, but I warn you not to underestimate my powers.

Good is a point of view, Anakin. The Sith and the Jedi are similar in almost every way.

Your father's lightsaber. This is the weapon of a Jedi Knight. Not as random or as clumsy as a blaster; an elegant weapon for a more civilized age.

You grow too aggressive, Anakin. Be mindful. A Jedi's goal is to defend life, not take it!

The key to hunting Jedi is patience. Jedi cannot help what they are. Their compassion leaves a trail. The Jedi code is like an itch.

The Jedi are trained to let go. They're trained from birth. They're not supposed to form attachments. They can love people – in fact, they should love everybody. They should love their enemies; they should love the Sith. But they can't form attachments. So what all these movies are about is: greed. Greed is a source of pain and suffering for everybody.

Qui-Gon hasn't given up on the fact that Jedi are supposed to care and love and that that's not a bad thing. The rest of the Jedi are so detached and they've become so political that they've really lost their way and Yoda starts to see that in the second film.

In my experience, when it comes to Jedi, the worse the plan, the better the result.

For a Jedi to succumb to a surprise attack is rare. Unless that attack is from someone one would trust.

Dooku: "Do you think the Jedi will truly keep peace if they continue to take everything the Senate says as law?"
Windu: "Luckily, we are guided by our Council and not by politics nor ego."

Anyone can fire a blaster. Very few can safely and skillfully wield a lightsaber. Everyone in the galaxy knows this to be true. We want our opponents to know that we use a weapon that requires intention. Training, precision and choice. The lightsaber symbolizes the care with which we approach our gifts through the Force and the care with which we wield them. It reminds others that while we could do more... we very purposefully do not.

Having a lightsaber isn't what makes you a Jedi. We were peace keepers. We were betrayed by those we protected. Hunted down by the Empire. I might be one of the last of my kind.

The seed of the Jedi Order lives. And so long as it does, hope lives in the galaxy.

I am no Jedi, but I know the Force. It moves through and surrounds every living thing.

Without the Jedi, there can be no balance in the Force.

The lightsaber is a Jedi's only true ally. But how do they work? Yes, you have brought me crystals, but they're all useless unless you give them life. Do you know how to awaken the Force within the crystal?

I find their tactics ineffective. The Jedi Code prevents them from going far enough to achieve victory, to do whatever it takes to win, the very reason why peacekeepers should not be leading a war.

The Jedi are extinct. Their fire has gone out of the universe. You, my friend, are all that's left of their religion.

Our worst fears have been realized. We must move quickly if the Jedi Order is to survive.

I get so confused sometimes. It's forbidden for Jedi to form attachments. Yet, we're supposed to be compassionate.

He can see things before they happen. That's why he appears to have such quick reflexes. It's a Jedi trait.

At last, we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last, we will have revenge.

Anakin: "You're a Jedi Knight, aren't you?"

You will find that many of the truths we cling to, depend greatly on our own point of view.
